    17 years coaching experience. Learnt personally from Steven Bann, Gary Edwin, Gary Barter and Simon Deep.
    Nomination NSW PGA Coach of the Year 2010, 2014, 2015.
    Coaching 20+ hours per week currently. Experience with TRACKMAN, K Vest, TPI, Sam Putt Lab, Dartfish and C swing software.
    Currently coach Tour Players, Trainee Professionals, elite Amateurs, elite ladies and pennant Squads, juniors (both elite and beginners).

    Pete Magner

    Pete leads the vision and strategic direction for Precision Athletica. He has built a company focused on optimising elite human performance. Having been in the musculoskeletal industry for over 20 years, Pete has embraced the concept of truly interdisciplinary care with integrated performance training. Pete has searched the globe for the best methods and practices in high performance sport. He has combined the principles of strength & conditioning from organisations like the NBA & NFL in the USA with the best of what Australia has to offer in research, diagnostics and musculoskeletal management. Pete has brought together an exceptional team of professionals and has provided the ideal setting at Sydney Olympic Park for engineering Australia’s future elite athletes.


    Matt Green

    Physiotherapist


    Matt has been a physio for the past 20 years. In his earlier career, he was involved with footy and basketball clubs as team Physiotherapist for West Sydney Razorbacks NBL basketball team and Parramatta Eels and Cronulla Sharks NRL clubs. More recently he has turned his focus to his personal sporting passion – golf. Matt consults to Jack Newton Junior Golf, Golf NSW and Golf Australia, working with their Development and High Performance programs. In this role, Matt is able to help young golfers become better athletes and achieve their goals, working as part of a team to get results. Throughout his career, Matt’s focus has been working with athletes of all different sports, levels and ages – from weekend warriors, to beginners, elite level juniors and professionals. The most satisfying thing for Matt comes from helping athletes not only recover from injury, but also being part of their journey to become better athletes, and achieve their goals.


    Jason Oei

    Exercise Physiologist


    Jason has been passionate about sport (all types of sport) since a very young age, so it was no surprise when he chose to study exercise physiology at UNSW. During his youth, Jason played representative level snooker, cricket and touch football, and playing tennis at State level. His current passion is golf, and he is working towards becoming a scratch player by the end of 2015. Anything Jason chooses to pursue, he will do whatever it takes to be the best at it that he can be. When it comes to his patients and athletes, it’s really important to him to see them achieve their goals.


    Nils Hestermann

    Strength & Conditioning Coach


    With a background in professional European football, Nils has committed his life after his playing career to a more specific application of performance. His passion for functionality and movement efficiency, coupled with an approach to improving strength and power, has become a career grounded in continually improving his athletes. Nils has worked throughout Europe, Asia and Australia, learning about different cultures, training systems and sports. He believes that combining mindset, nutrition, movement and recovery will help to improve each individual athletes overall performance, not just making them better in the sport they participate in but also developing a strong mentality to take on challenges in life. He is the co-founder of 360 Athlete and the current Head of Strength and Conditioning for the AC Milan Soccer School in Australia.


    Ryan Pinto

    Sports Dietitian


    Ryan is an Accredited Sports Dietitian and has a passion in assisting athletes to manipulate their nutritional intake to suit their performance goals. To achieve this, Ryan performs an in-depth analysis of an athlete’s current intake to help create an individualised plan to help them succeed. He also focuses on analysing their body composition through performing a skinfold analysis, as he is an ISAK accredited anthropometrist. Ryan has experience in working at NSW Institute of Sport and in private practice assisting teams and athletes to perform at their peak. He works within many sports including triathlon, rugby, football, endurance and combat sports.


    Harry Stacey

    Gymnastics Coach


    Harry Stacey began Gymnastics at age of 10, and trained at an elite level for 6 years. His highest achievement was representing Australia at a Junior International Team Competition held in Berlin in 2006. In 2009 he started coaching and has been ever since. His Gymnastics coaching has spanned kids, Men’s competitive, Women’s competitive, adult gymnastics and personal training. Harry has also trained a range of clients outside Gymnastics including professional boxers, dancers, cheerleaders, professional stuntmen and even an acrobat.


    Ryan Lumsden

    Biomechanic


    Ryan’s work has involved working closely with a number of top coaches, and golfers including several major winners, Ryder Cup players, and multiple players who have gone on to become number one ranked amateur in the world. His special interest is the development path from talented junior to tour player to tour event winner.

    Ryan has also worked with national teams including Australia, Scotland, England, Norway, Switzerland and New Zealand, and has been part of the coaching team at the VVG Top Sport School in Belgium since 2007. He is currently the Sports Science Co-ordinator for Golf Australia where he oversees a network of state service providers and the delivery of performance programs within the High Performance unit.


    Matti Clements

    Psychology and Emotional Intelligence


    Matti is a Director of Mental Edge Consulting. Mental Edge Consulting specialises in wellbeing, performance enhancement, team culture, and professional development services for High Performance Sporting Organisations.

    Currently Matti is working with the St Kilda Football Club as the General Manager of People & Culture; developing and delivering culture and wellbeing strategies; she is also delivering a national emotional intelligence leadership program for high performance teams and selected leaders at Cricket Australia; and currently assisting the Australian Cricketers Association with their strategic planning for the national wellbeing and professional development programs and systems. Recently Matti developed and rolled out the Netball Australia national wellbeing and professional development framework for players, coaches, management and staff and is working with Golf Australia to develop a national pathway of wellbeing service.

    Previously, Matti was a Senior Performance Psychologist at the Australian Institute of Sport for 3 years before taking on the role of National Wellbeing Manager for the AFL Players Association.
